Conspiracy - surgical birth doesen't transmit normal birth to offspring that in turn want to have children

If a mother has her fetus surgically removed through the abdomen, without experiencing contractions and dilations, she will genetically transmit to the next generation the lack of the vaginal contraction-dilation mechanism inherent in normal births.

I never read anywhere such enourmous conspiracy that even someone who learned at school about human anatomy will not even consider that in our century, such thing could exist.

Beside that, finishing a nurse school, like i did, helped. 

Different traits transmited from parents, like eyes color or facial features, like the ussual "the child looks like his father" exists. I believe that the mentioned above conspiracy exist because some people can make connection as "if eyes color can be transmited, why not the lack of vaginal contraction-dilatation".
