In Iasi, the electrical lights are closed at night without consulting the citizens

Yesterday in Iasi.
 
Because of the climate change, they say that the Cernavoda nuclear power plant has lower water imput from the Danube.
The mayor Mihai Chirica from Iasi, decided that in the city after midnight, lights are to be closed.
