How about self-sufficiency, DIY and reusing on tv ? Seems to me that some people in time of war, will raise prices because media in time of war talks about prices, oil price is going up and no hope.

How can one evacuate someone if no transport is provided ? 

No problem transporting someone out of Venezuela or "running" that country, all done with your tax payer money.

We had our Colective case, where people died because fire and neglect. 

Prison to the ones responsible seldom brings peace to the victims family. 

Either you will have a law before anything happens, that forbids any type of fire or fire inducing tool, even a match or people will continue to suffer. 

You cannot have inspection every day on all buidings in a city.
