Garbage on the field of a european city, in the country that is a member of EU

The city Iasi with the one of the nickname ,,Poreclă: Orașul marilor idei,, wich means,,Nickname: City of great ideas,, and from some years ago there are garbage on the field near many mounds of soil mixted with construction waste, not far from peoples houses and carcases of dead animals that rotted away close to the mounds. The mounds and garbage are increasing in numbers each year, and on top of that there was a car burning on the field.

Here is a idea for the city council to implement:

Employ part time workers to clean the entire field every week, and equip them with the necesary tools, face and hand protection.

People living in there, poor or not poor deserve a healthy enviroment and a better education at home or in school for those who do not realise that trowing garbage around is unhealthy for them and the enviroment.
